The IKAR temporary horizontal lifeline system is a tested and certified personal protective equipment against falling which is used in combination with IKAR height safety devices according to EN 360 or shock absorbing lanyards according to EN 355. The temporary lifeline systems are used to protect workers operating in the horizontal plane who may not have continuous access to suitable Anchorage Points. The HLL is equipped with an integrated switchable reverse lock, which facilitates the pretension of the lifeline system. The innovative tension indicator shows the user when the correct preload force is reached. A person who felt into the system can be lowered a maximum of 2 m.

The temporary lifeline systems are used to protect workers operating in the horizontal plane who may not have continuous access to suitable Anchorage Points. An integrated switchable reverse allows an easy pretension of the lifeline system. The innovative tension indicator shows the user when the correct preload force is reached.
